The OUT Health4Men office in Mafikeng was established in September 2009. This office serves the whole of the North West Province and delivers the following services:

• Counseling referrals
• Open day every Wednesday
• Condom distribution
• Resource Centre / Library
• Film festival and video suitcase
• Research project with Unisa
• Educational lekgotla
• Gender sensitising workshop for business & government departments
• Contests
• Workshops
• Voluntary Counseling and Testing at selected events
• Selling of t-shirts and caps
• Outreach events in NW Province
• Compilation and maintenance of database of gay and gay friendly service providers
